BACK GAUGE SYSTEM IN CNC STANDARD
ETERNITY E NC press bake are equipped with CNC standard back gauge for a advancement in speed and precision, to assure best repetitiveness and higher precision in angle positioning.

Our offer includes standard V punch die, with various channel at lower die, for bending of different depth, and equipped with quick clamp system.

Crowning systems, V axis （Optional）
Precision: 0.01mm, scope: 0-3mm
Eternity offeres both machanical and hydaulic crowning system both of which ensures a constant bend angle across the full length of the machine. This is achieved by pre loading the machine, to offset any possible deflection under load or compensate for any tool wear, so that under load contacting surfaces are parallel to each other.
With CNC crowning systems the press brake control is preprogrammed with machine characteristics and deflection data.
