All our machine structure works is exquisite, which adopt overall machining by floor-type boring & milling machine, and hardened by tempering furnace.
Overall machining
It is equipped with 3 sets of floor-type boring machine for different capacities, to overall machining all structures precisely and efficiently.
Precise boring bore
Overall fabrication of fixed seat and fixed hole,ensure the 2 oil cylinder in the same level, or say, with same Y axis value when working, to protect the oil cylinder and machine.
CNC machining center
It is equipped with advanced CNC machining center for a precise and automatic control of machining in many axis.
Heat treatment by tempering furnace
Machine frame and slider are hardened by heat treatment to reinforce the frame rigidity and stability, eliminate deform in tens years of heavy duty work, which is indispensable especially for heavy duty machines to maintain precision.
